Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are as described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card or payment details on our systems. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable Australian consumer law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial research and informational purposes only. You may access, view, and use content through the Service for these purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies including our Data Use Policy and Content Use Policy.

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, charts, data compilations, analysis, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Chart Economy Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership interest in the Service or its content. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-party data, news feeds, and other content made available through the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to the terms of those third parties.

The Service provides economic data, charting tools, and market commentary for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product or instrument.

Data on the Service is sourced from third parties and may be subject to revision or correction without notice. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chart Economy Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service — including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
