This Data Use Policy applies to the economic, market, and financial data made available through Chart Economy ("the Data"), including via the Charting page, Economic Calendar, and Data Desk.

Permitted use

The Data is provided for your own personal or internal business use in connection with your Chart Economy subscription. You may view, analyse, and reference the Data for these purposes.

Prohibited use

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Data, in whole or in part, to any third party
  • Use the Data to build or populate a competing product or service
  • Systematically scrape, extract, or bulk-download the Data outside of the functionality we provide
  • Provide access to the Data to any person who is not a valid Chart Economy subscriber

Attribution

Where you reference or cite Chart Economy data externally (e.g. in a report or article), please attribute it clearly to Chart Economy.

Data accuracy

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any subscriber found to be in breach of this policy.
